If you don't have greans in your diet you are missing some important nutrients Dark greans are loaded with antioxidants. They are very easy to prepare. I usually just place them in a pot with some chopped onion, herbs of my choice, Rosemary and Thyme are good, some chopped garlic and perhaps some crisp bacon. Cook til leaves are tender and there you have it! Goes with pretty much everything.
