If you like Mexcan food like I do this is a goodie.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 pound chuck steak cubed
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 lime, juiced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 bay leaves
1 (7 ounce) can green salsa

Directions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, and cook for a few minutes, then stir in the beef, garlic and chili powder. Cook, stirring frequently until meat is evenly browned.

2.When the meat is browned, stir in the remaining ingedients. Cover and cook stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked through about 45 minutes or so.
Serve with rice, beans and tortillas. You can also add sour cream if desired.
