This is a great way to prepare a not so tender cut of meat.

2 lbs Top Round steak
1/4 cup Olive oil
3 tbs wine vinegar
1 clove garlic crushed
1 tbs Montreal Steak seasoning. (A little heat)
Combine all ingredients pour over meat in a plastic bag and refrigerate for up to 24 hours, shaking occasionally.
Fry, grill or broil that puppy and you got a goodie.
