A Great Cheezeberger

Here is a decent Hamburger recipe.
Take a 1/2 lb piece of hamburger and divide it into 2 patties. Place a slice of cheese (your choice, American, Monterey Jack, Feta, Roquefort, whatever.) on top of 1 patty. Place the other patty on top and seal the edges so the cheese doesn't leak out while cooking. Fry to the doneness you like. A slice of onion and the condiment of you choice (I like salsa) put it on a good bun. Some fries and a nice cold beer and yeeehaaa.
