Pitza, not just for breakfast anymore!!
Who doesn't love Pitza? I've tried to make Pitza but without any good results. My friend Ron in Denver makes Pitza that will rival anything you can get from a Pitza joint. The trick is in the crust. He purchased some unglazed tiles and lined his oven with them. Crank the heat up all the way (500 to 550 degrees), let the oven heat up. Slide the Pitza in and in 20 minutes he has a Pitza to die for. Maybe I can get him to post his recipe here. Hi Ron!!
