Meatlofe of Death!

Ingredients:
2 lbs 90% lean ground beef
5 stalks celery (chopped fine)
1 medium yellow onion (chopped fine)
2 eggs
3 tbs worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsb ground black pepper
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup yellow (Frenches) mustard
1/2 cup finely chopped breadcrumbs
Saute celery and onions, combine all ingredients in bowl, mix in thoroughly, bake @ 375 degrees in loaf pan for approximately 1 hour, drain off grease one or two times during cooking.
