Mexicali Prok Chops

If you like southwestern cooking you'll love this simple recipe!!
Ingredients:
4 Pork Chops
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups your favorite salsa
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregamo
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
Directions:
Brown chops 2 minutes on each side. Add salsa, cumin and oregano. Cook covered 8-10 minutes on medium low. Top with cheese, cover and cook til cheese melts. Oh Boy!
