A Cooking Fool
Fettucini with Cream, Peas and Ham

If you like creamy sauces with pasta, this is a goody!! You can use any pasta you like, I like Fettucini.
Ingredients:
1 lb Fettucini
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 lb. or so prosciutto diced (you can substitute ham if you like)
4 cloves garlic diced
"Some" frozen peas
Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook pasta according to directions
In a saucepan cook cream, salt, ham and garlic over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Lower heat and simmer about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add peas, cook 2 minutes. Serve over pasta sprinkled woth parmesan
