A Cooking Fool
Pan Sauce Chicken

More quick, easy and MMMMM good.
Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp seasoned salt (or just plain salt)
cornstarch
cold water
1 cup white wine
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp dried italian herbs
Directions:
Brown chicken on both sides. Reduce heat, add wine, broth and herbs, cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Mix some cornstarch with cold water and pour in slowly until mixture thickens.
