Simple and good!
1 lb round steaks or sirloin steaks
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb fresh sliced mushrooms, cleaned
Hot sauce, the amount is your choice
Cut and trim steak into bite-sized pieces; brown in skillet over medium heat in 2 Tbsp oil.
Add diced celery, green pepper, tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, worcestershire and tabasco.
Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until meat is tender.
Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
